BY USING THIS WEB SITE AND/OR PLACING AN ORDER THROUGH THIS WEB SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”) STATED HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS SITE OR PLACE AN ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without notice to you. We will post all changes to this web page. Your continued use of the site after such changes have been posted constitutes your agreement to the changes.

The Mike Ferry Organization’s policies for coaching programs, services, events and products are as follows:

Contract Obligations

Premier Coaching™
The first 12 months (one year) of a Premier Coaching Program are non-refundable. If you would like to cancel your Premier Coaching Program contract after the initial 12 months have been completed, you must send written notification expressing your request to the fax number or email address below. Your cancellation request must include: your full name and company name. Cancellations will be processed on the LAST BUSINESS DAY OF EACH MONTH. If your cancellation request is not received by the last business day of the month, then you will be charged for the next one month of the Program and your cancellation will not take effect until the following month. Confirmation of receipt will be sent to you upon receiving such notice; if no confirmation is received by you, please re-submit until such confirmation has been sent to you to verify receipt.

One on One Coaching™
The first 12 months of a One on One Coaching Program are non-refundable. If you would like to cancel your One on One Coaching Program contract after the initial 12 months have been completed, you must send written notification expressing your request to the fax number or email address below. Your cancellation request must include: your full name and company name. Cancellations will be processed on the LAST BUSINESS DAY OF EACH MONTH. If your cancellation request is not received by the last business day of the month, then you will be charged for the next one month of the Program and your cancellation will not take effect until the following month. Mornings with Mike™
The first 6 months of a Mornings with Mike program are non-refundable. If you would like to cancel your Mornings with Mike Program contract after the initial 6 months have been completed, you must send written notification expressing your request to the fax number or email address below. Your cancellation request must include: your full name and company name. Cancellations will be processed on the LAST BUSINESS DAY OF EACH MONTH. If your cancellation request is not received by the last business day of the month, then you will be charged for the next one month of the Program and your cancellation will not take effect until the following month. Confirmation of receipt will be sent to you upon receiving such notice; if no confirmation is received by you, please re-submit until such confirmation has been sent to you to verify receipt.

Assistant Training/Systems – Training Program
The term of a Assistant Training/Systems Training Program is six (6) months and is non-refundable. Your Assistant Training/Systems Training Program contract will automatically terminate at the end of the six (6) month period.

Buyer Agent System – Training Program
The term of a Buyer Agent Training Program is six (6) months and is non-refundable. Your Buyer Agent Training Program contract will automatically terminate at the end of the six (6) month period.

Prospecting System – Training Program
The term of a Prospecting Training Program is six (6) months and is non-refundable. Your Prospecting Training Program contract will automatically terminate at the end of the six (6) month period.

Recruiting System – Training Program
The term of a Recruiting Program is six (6) months and is non-refundable. Your Recruiting Program contract will automatically terminate at the end of the six (6) month period.

Subscription Services
Subscription products such as (but not limited to) The Mike Ferry Organization’s 800InfoHomeLine are sold pursuant to a month to month contract, with a thirty-day cancellation policy. To cancel any of these products, please send an email including your full name to the appropriate email address listed below. If you cancel less than thirty days before the next month of your contract starts, you will be charged for the next month of service and your cancellation will not take effect until the following month.

Authorization for Charges; Billing Errors
By ordering products or services from mikeferry.com, you authorize The Mike Ferry Organization to charge your credit card accordingly. This authorization shall remain in effect until and unless you have cancelled future participation in a program or subscription as described in this Policy.

If you believe that you have been erroneously billed, please notify us immediately of such error by calling (800) 448-0647. If we do not hear from you within thirty (30) days after such billing error first appears on your account statement, such fee will be deemed acceptable by you for all purposes, including resolution of inquiries made by your credit card issuer. You release us from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to us within thirty (30) days of its appearance on your account statement.

Event Tickets
Cancellation Policy: 72 hours from time of purchase. Event Dates/Times are subject to change.

Premier Policy: A $150 fee will be charged to each Premier who registers for an event and does not attend and/or cancels less than 5 days in advance of the start of the event, or attends without registering prior to the start of the event.

Products
Sales for other products such as books, audio and video programs, and training materials are final. All product orders are non-refundable and non-transferable purchases. There will be no refunds, credits or exchanges.

Email Opt-out
If at any time you would like to opt-out of e-mail communications from The Mike Ferry Organization, please send a request to unsubscribes@mikeferry.com. Please be sure to include any/all e-mail addresses that you wish to have removed from our database(s). You must use this method to notify The Mike Ferry Organization of your opt-out request, as we cannot guarantee that other methods of notification will be effective. Please be aware that we may contact you in the future via e-mail for administrative or informational purposes, including follow-up messages regarding events you have registered for, products you have purchased or other transactions you have entered into with The Mike Ferry Organization. By law, such messages are not considered to be commercial e-mail.
