The First Productivity School
The original Productivity School was established in 1992 and remains the best way to learn real estate scripts. It was first held at a Holiday Inn near John Wayne Airport in Orange County, California, led by Mike Ferry’s sons, Mathew and Tom.
Why Mike Created the First Productivity School: Mike wrote his first script, the “Cold Door Script,” in 1970 for his personal use as a real estate agent and saw immense success. He created the Productivity School to teach other agents how to present scripts effectively using tone, hand gestures, and other techniques. While his scripts have been adapted over time, the original versions remain the most effective today. Hundreds of agents return each year, proving their continued success over the past 50 years.
