Welcome and good morning to Mike Ferry TV. It is the week of October 10th and boy did this year go by quickly. And we've also seen some pretty big changes in the Real Estate industry over the last eight or nine months. Starting with January, February, we were off to a hot start as we completed in 2021. March, April, things started to change and they've been changing ever since. And of course, what we've done and this is not meant to be scary, but we've returned to what we would consider to be a normal market.
