As a Real Estate agent, the pursuit of expanding your listings is perpetual – and the Listing Presentation Structure Learning System empowers you to do so with confidence. This eight-week course delves deeply into pre-qualifying, deconstructing every facet of the listing presentation, addressing common objections, and guiding you in formulating Mike Ferry’s one-minute presentation and CMA presentation. Additionally, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of the five-step listing process. Over the course of eight 45-minute calls, we will assist you in refining your skills, paving the way for increased deal closures.

This system is designed to elucidate the rationale behind each question posed during the presentation. Once the contract is submitted, The Mike Ferry Organization Contract Services Team will review and process the contract accordingly (during normal business hours of 8am – 5pm PST Monday-Friday). Upon successful execution of this contract, you will be emailed an encrypted copy of the contract in PDF format; The Mike Ferry Organization will provide you with instructions on how to open the encrypted PDF.

The call information is only for the named contract holder. Distributing or sharing this information with others may be grounds to remove you from the call and possibly the program. If a call is missed for some reason, no reduction in your monthly payment is made.

The recording of the calls is available for only 60 days after the session ends.
